Non-financial causes of bankruptcies of small and medium-sized enterprises

My dissertation thesis deals with new non-financial causes of bankruptcies of small and medium-sized enterprises. The origin of the idea is based on considerations of leading experts on Czech insolvency law, who believe that the financial tightness, which leads to bankruptcy, is necessarily preceded by anomalies in non-financial areas. Research questions for confirming appointed hypotheses have been addressed directly to bankruptcy managers, insolvency administrators and owners of the South Moravia region companies, which have become insolvent. Innovations and consistent attitude towards them, the number of members and their function in the management of the enterprise, employees who are familiar with the visions and plans of business and outsourcing are defined as key areas for the function of a small and medium enterprise. My dissertation thesis offers a rapid test in corporate health with regard to the hypothesis identified in a particular company ond it offers a detection whether the company is healthy, immunocompromised or sick. The thesis also offers the following use of recommended remedies.
Technology and Innovation Centre Telč

The Bachelor's thesis address Technology and Innovation Centre Telč, designed for small and medium enterprises. The plot is located on the outskirts of the city, formerly used as arable land. The new zoning plant his area is intended for industrial construction. In the nearest surroundings there are several existing production companies and habitable housing. The proposed facility is composed of several rows of subsistence production units in two sizes, office building including with meals and building technical support area. The production unit consisting of two vertically different materials. The lower one with a background facilities and a second higher with a production hall and warehouse. The terrain is resolved and parking for employees. Entry of staff into the production of unity resolved separately from the supply. An important expressive element pulling is supporting skeletal structure above the roof of the lower mass object, which reduces the scale of buildings to better fit into the context of the city. Another element is perforated sheet which visually separates these two materials.

Development possibilities of small and medium-sized enterprises in South Bohemia and Lower Bavaria

Small and medium-sized enterprises perform important task in economy. To the category fall into enterprises to 250 employees. They supply social background and make for limitation of migration inhabitantes abroad or their inland. For development of small and medium-size enterprises in south Bohemia and Lower Bavaria serve programmes for their support. Entrepreneurs have possibility cooperation with organisations which offer facilities for sphere facilitation of bussines. Through these institutions happenes link-up including cooperation between Czech-German regions.
The development and position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic

Small and medium-sized enterprises are gaining more attention from the European Commission and the Government of Czech Republic. Not only because of the current economic crisis, which didn't spare these businesses, but mainly because they are the backbone of the European economy and provide with many jobs. This thesis deals with the development and position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine their role in the Czech market from measures like a share of GDP and employment. This thesis also seeks to highlight some opportunities and threats for small and medium enterprises. The first theoretical part focuses on the defini-tion of such enterprises in the Czech Republic and the European Union and consequent-ly continues with the history of small and medium enterprises in the country. The practical part deals with data analysis from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The results of this analysis are to be compared with selected Eu-ropean Union member states. In the conclusion I recommend some measures to improve the position of small and medium-sized enterprises on the Czech market.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are important part of economy. All of them create healthy corporate environment, new jobs for people, increase dynamic of market and they are stabilizing component of economic system. This thesis deals with the possibilities of international cooperation between Lower Austrian and South Moravian small and medium-sized enterprises and with the task of small and medium-sized enterprises in regions. Cooperation between regions contribute to transfer experiences in term of small and medium-sized enterprises, to creation collective projects and to development of regions.
